3. Digital products and downloads

All digital products, including templates, guides and study packs, are delivered electronically.
Once a file is downloaded, it is deemed consumed and therefore non-refundable, unless the product is faulty or inaccessible.

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
